We are the UK's specialist brokerage for pest management, prevention, and wildlife control business owners considering a sale. Confidential valuations. Qualified buyers. Expert guidance.
Global pest control M&A volume rose 27.6% in 2024, with 97 transactions completed. Rentokil Initial allocated approximately $250 million for acquisitions in 2025 alone. PE-backed platforms and national groups are building regional portfolios, paying premium multiples for contract-rich businesses with BPCA membership and strong commercial books. Commercial service contracts are the single most powerful driver of value: businesses generating 60% or more of revenue from scheduled recurring visits command materially higher multiples than callout-heavy operators. From 6 April 2026, Business Asset Disposal Relief rose to 18%, making the timing of any exit a live tax consideration.

Every conversation starts with understanding your business. We assess your turnover, contract book, team qualifications, and growth trajectory to establish a realistic valuation range. No cost, no obligation, completely confidential.
We maintain an active register of pre-qualified buyers: PE-backed platforms, national pest control groups, and trade acquirers specifically seeking pest control businesses. We match your business to the right buyers and create competitive tension.
From initial valuation through to completion, we manage every stage. NDAs, buyer meetings, negotiations, due diligence, and legal coordination. You focus on running your business while we handle the sale.
We understand the difference between a business running 400 residential callouts a month and one managing 80 commercial contracts across a dense Midlands route. We know what BPCA membership means for your workforce, why CEPA certification is increasingly specified in corporate tenders, and how a strong commercial contract book transforms your valuation.
We understand route density, the split between reactive callouts and planned contracts, HACCP compliance documentation, and why a business with six qualified technicians and a trained office manager is worth significantly more than one where the owner is still on the tools. This sector knowledge means we position your business correctly and attract the right buyers from day one.
Whether you are actively considering a sale or simply curious about what your pest control business might be worth, we are happy to talk. No obligation, completely confidential.
Most of the pest control businesses we represent never go to open market. They move through a small, private buyer register. If you are an individual buyer, trade acquirer, or investor actively looking at the sector, register your criteria and we will contact you directly when something suitable becomes available.
